居酒屋いざかやへ行いく

Going to the Izakaya

仕事しごとが終おわって、アレックスは同僚どうりょうといっしょに居酒屋いざかやへ行いきます。

Work finishes, and Alex goes with his coworkers to an izakaya.

「かんぱい！」みんなは言いいます。アレックスもビールを一杯いっぱい飲のみます。

“Cheers!” everyone says. Alex also drinks one glass of beer.

それから、アレックスは水みずを飲のみます。料理りょうりを食たべながら、みんなと話はなします。

After that, Alex drinks water. While eating food, he talks with everyone.

「アレックスさん、からあげを食たべてみてください。」同僚どうりょうが言いいます。

“Alex, please try the fried chicken,” a coworker says.

「はい。おいしいです！」アレックスは笑わらいます。

“Yes. It’s delicious!” Alex laughs.

別べつの同僚どうりょうが言いいます。「たくさんお酒さけを飲のまないほうがいいですよ。明日あしたも仕事しごとですから。」

Another coworker says, “It’s better not to drink too much. We have work tomorrow, after all.”

「そうですね。わたしは料理りょうりを食たべたいです。」アレックスは返事へんじをします。

“That’s true. I want to eat the food,” Alex replies.

みんなはやきとりやさしみを食たべたり、デザートを食たべたりします。にぎやかで、楽たのしい夜よるです。

Everyone does things like eat yakitori and sashimi, and eat dessert. It is a lively and fun night.
